Hiring: Part-Time Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Representative

I'm looking for a reliable and professional part-time assistant to help manage customer inquiries and swim lesson scheduling for a growing swim coaching business.

Hours & Pay

Approximately 2–3 hours per day
Pay: $2–$3 per hour
Ideal for someone who already has another job and is looking for extra income
Flexible schedule, as long as messages and inquiries are handled promptly

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via text, phone, and social media
Keep my phone and schedule updated with swim lesson bookings and changes
Follow up with leads and potential clients
Make outbound calls for customer outreach when needed
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident and comfortable making phone calls
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable and responsive
Customer service experience is a plus
