???? Hiring Instagram Growth Virtual Assistant – Follow/Unfollow Engagement

We are looking for a beginner but responsible Virtual Assistant (VA) to help grow Instagram accounts using a manual follow/unfollow strategy. You will be responsible for engaging with competitors' followers by following, liking, and commenting on relevant posts.

This is a long-term position if you can show consistency and results.

???? Responsibilities:
? Follow up to 50 target users per day from competitor accounts.
? Like 2–3 posts of each followed account.
? Leave meaningful comments (no spam like "Nice post!").
? Unfollow users who don’t follow back.
? Maintain a healthy follower-to-following ratio.
? Report weekly activity using Google Sheets.

???? Requirements:
???? Beginner-friendly! No experience needed, but must be reliable.
???? Must follow Instagram’s limits to avoid account blocks.
???? Must log activity daily
???? Basic English skills (to write non-spammy comments).
???? Must be trustworthy with client login details (we use 1Password).
???? No bots or automation – everything must be done manually.
