Job Overview:
We are a US-based ecom team scaling a multi-7-figure DTC brand in skincare & wellness. We are hiring a full-time Meta video editor to join our lean remote team.

This is a long-term role with performance-based bonuses. We are NOT looking for a gig worker. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand, take ownership of their work, and earn more as results improve.

Role:

- Edit 2–3 unique 30–90 second Meta video ads per day (plus variations)
- Source your own footage and generate AI b-roll
- Use tools like Runway, Pika, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Premiere Pro
- Study winning ads from competitors and replicate with your own angle
- Deliver final edits by end of day, daily

Requirements:

- Experience editing direct-response ads for Meta (portfolio required)
- Daily use of AI tools for footage generation and editing workflow
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and ad structure
- Fast turnaround without needing multiple rounds of direction
- Available to work with overlap in EST business hours
- Long-term commitment only

Bonus: Experience with skincare, supplements, wellness, or apparel brands

Compensation:

Base: $500 ~ $1,000 /month (full-time)
Performance bonuses: We give % of adspend when your ads hit spend and ROAS targets

Ongoing bonuses on ads that keep performing
