What This Job Is
I run a direct response marketing agency with supplement brand clients doing seven figures or more per month. I need one editor who specializes specifically in Facebook ads for supplement brands at an extremely high level.
This is a performance driven role. The $2,000 base covers your first month while you prove yourself. After that your income is driven by how well your ads perform. There is no ceiling on what you can earn if your work produces results.
The right person also has a clear path to becoming the manager of our entire editing team over time.

Who Can Apply
You must meet all of the following or please do not apply.
You have edited Facebook ads specifically for direct response supplement brands. You have at least one ad you created entirely by yourself that crossed $50,000 in spend at the ad set level and you can prove it. You have real hands on experience creating AI ads and you are highly skilled at writing prompts, generating voices, evoking emotion through audio and selecting the right AI generated visuals. You are exceptional at transitions, B-roll selection, scene selection and pacing. You deeply understand the supplement customer and what makes them stop scrolling and buy. You speak and write clear professional English.

What You Will Be Doing
Editing short form direct response Facebook ads for supplement brands built specifically to convert. Every edit you make has one job — get people to buy. You will be responsible for hooks, scene selection, B-roll, AI voiceover, transitions and the overall flow of each ad from start to finish.

How to Apply

One — a Google Drive folder with your top ---------- best performing Facebook ads organized by total ad spend, highest to lowest. These must be ads you personally created from start to finish.
Two — proof inside that same folder that you built each ad yourself. This means project files, timeline screenshots or screen recordings. If there is no proof you made it, it does not count.
Three — spend data for each ad clearly showing how much was spent at the ad set level. At least one ad must show $50,000 or more in spend.
Four — a Loom video of you walking through your single best performing ad. Tell me what the brand sold, who the customer was, what angle and editing decisions you made and what results it drove.
If you send a message without all four of these you will be blocked immediately. No exceptions and no follow up chances.
