Hiring: AI Content Operator — $15–25/hr, Remote Contractor

The Opportunity
I handle all ideation and scripting for our YouTube & Instagram channels (which drive GoHighLevel trials and free course signups). I’m looking for a skilled operator to take over execution — turning scripts into polished, published content daily using AI tools.

Your Daily Responsibilities
Produce content from scripts using Claude, Gemini, Higgsfield, HeyGen and other AI tools (B-roll, voiceovers, AI avatars, UGC style)
Edit videos primarily with AI, handling manual work only when necessary
Build and maintain simple automations (Zapier, Make, n8n) for efficient publishing
Schedule and post on YouTube + Instagram
Repurpose long-form content into shorts for TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook

What You Need
Proven hands-on experience producing and editing content with AI tools
Strong knowledge of YouTube & Instagram posting mechanics
Solid video editing instincts and repurposing skills
Ability to build light automations
Decent English (targeting US, UK, Canada, Australia audience)

Bonus
Experience managing full content production & distribution for a channel.
