Hiring: AI Content Operator — $15–25/hr, Remote Contractor

I create the ideas and scripts for our growing YouTube & Instagram channels. I need a reliable operator to turn those into finished videos and posts every day — using AI tools end-to-end — so nothing bottlenecks on me.

What You’ll Do Daily
Take scripts/hooks and produce content with AI (Claude, Gemini, Higgsfield, HeyGen, etc.)
Generate B-roll, voiceovers, AI avatars, or UGC-style videos
Edit mainly with AI, only manual where needed
Build simple automations (Zapier, Make, n8n) to streamline publishing
Schedule & post on YouTube + Instagram
Repurpose long videos into shorts for TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook

Must Have
Real hands-on experience producing content with AI tools (not just theory)
Solid YouTube & Instagram posting knowledge
Good editing instincts and repurposing skills
Comfortable building light automations
Decent English for US/UK/CA/AU audience

Bonus Points
Experience running full production & distribution for a channel (your own or a client’s).
