We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Professional to join our team and help us scale our full sales process — from lead generation to closing high-value clients.
This is NOT an entry-level sales role. We are looking for someone who understands sales psychology, can communicate confidently with decision-makers, and has a proven ability to generate opportunities and close deals.
The ideal candidate has experience in high-ticket sales, outbound prospecting, appointment setting, and closing B2B clients.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage the full B2B sales pipeline:
* Lead generation
* Prospecting
* Outreach
* Appointment setting
* Sales calls
* Follow-ups
* Closing deals
Identify and qualify potential clients
Conduct discovery calls and understand client needs
Present solutions and communicate value effectively
Handle objections and negotiate with prospects
Maintain CRM updates and sales tracking
Build repeatable sales processes and improve conversion rates
Consistently hit outreach, meeting, and revenue targets
Requirements:
? Fluent English (written + spoken)
? Proven experience in B2B sales
? Experience selling high-ticket products/services preferred
? Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
? Comfortable speaking with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
? Self-motivated and able to work independently
? Strong follow-up skills and sales discipline
? Experience with CRM tools and sales systems is a plus
? Reliable internet connection and professional working setup
