We’re a fast-growing marketing company looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to help with customer support, backend operations, content management, and day-to-day execution.
This is not an entry-level VA role.
We need someone who is detail-oriented, fast, reliable, and capable of thinking independently. You should be comfortable communicating with clients, following systems, and helping keep operations running smoothly without constant supervision.
If you need step-by-step instructions for every task, this probably isn’t the right fit.

Your Responsibilities:
Responding to customer support
Following support processes and internal SOPs
Assisting with basic tech support tasks
Uploading and formatting
Scheduling and posting social media content
Keeping systems, spreadsheets, and internal tasks organized
Helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks
AI Expectations (Important):
We actively use AI tools to improve speed and efficiency.
However, we are NOT looking for someone who replaces their thinking with AI.
You should know how to use AI to:
Improve quality
Speed up workflows
Organize ideas
Assist with drafting and formatting
But you must still:
Think critically
Catch mistakes
Verify accuracy
Use judgment
Communicate like a real human
If your workflow is simply copying and pasting AI output without reviewing it carefully, this role will not be a fit.

Hours & Pay:
Approximately 20 hours/week to start
