High-Energy Outbound CSR / Appointment Setter (Part-Time, Long-Term)

We are hiring six high-energy Outbound CSRs to join our growth team at a fast-moving independent insurance agency. This is a pure outbound role — we provide the scripts, the leads, and the dialer; you bring the energy and book the meetings.

Unlike most freelance setter roles, this position includes paid time off, sick pay, and uncapped per-appointment commission on top of base pay. Top performers on our team consistently earn well above the base rate.

Compensation
- Base pay: 250/month
- Commission: Up to $5.00 USD per closed appointment (uncapped)
- Paid vacation time
- Paid sick time
- Performance bonuses for hitting weekly and monthly targets

Schedule
- Up to 40 hours per week
- Shifts available between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST, Sunday through Saturday
- Long-term, ongoing engagement (not a short-term gig)

- A high-volume outbound dialing role
- Meet your daily dialing goal

Requirements
- Strong phone presence — confident, professional, friendly and energetic
- Thick skin — you handle hang-ups and rejection without losing ---------- ntum
- High-speed internet — minimum 100 Mbps download (non-negotiable, will be verified)
- Noise-canceling headset and a quiet home office
- Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience strongly preferred (not required)
- Must pass a competency assessment before final hire (call simulation, objection handling, and CRM data entry)
