Head of E-Commerce Operations – Stellace

About Stellace:
Stellace is a wellness brand focused on circadian sleep health, sold through Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. We’re growing quickly and looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive leader to support our backend operations, keep our systems running smoothly, and build systems for scale.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll work directly with our founder and team to support the backend operations that power our growth. Responsibilities include:

Monitor and manage daily orders across Amazon and TikTok Shop

Assist with inventory tracking, supplier coordination, and restock planning

Communicate with our 3PL warehouse for order fulfillment, returns, and inventory counts

Maintain and update internal data sheets (sales, inventory, expenses, etc.)

Help prepare weekly reports summarizing sales performance, ad spend, and key metrics

Handle customer support inquiries proactively with problem solving

Support general e-commerce tasks as needed (Amazon uploads, listing updates, etc.)

Who You Are:

Experienced in e-commerce operations (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or similar)

Strong with Google Sheets/Excel and confident working with data

Proactive, organized, and reliable—you don’t wait to be told what to do

Clear communicator via email, ---------- , and project tools

Bonus: Familiar with 3PLs, supplier coordination, or bookkeeping platforms
