About the Role:

We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to join our team as an Inbound Appointment Setter. This position involves handling inbound leads (via text and calls) and scheduling appointments for U.S. homeowners in service-based industries, primarily HVAC. If you are goal-oriented, experienced, and ready to grow with a supportive team, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound leads promptly via text and calls.
Schedule appointments with U.S. homeowners, aiming for a 40% appointment-setting rate.
Use tools like ---------- , GHL (Go High Level), and Notion to manage leads and track progress.
Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless lead management.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in appointment setting (HVAC experience preferred but not required; training provided).

Available to work 3 PM - 11 PM EST.
