We're a well-established SaaS startup, operating for 15+ years in the customer service industry, and we're looking to fill the role of Graphics and Video Editor to help us to grow the business more!

- What are the primary responsibilities?
Graphic design and assisting corporate HQ with design of collateral for agent marketing and social media, website graphics, and EDM (email distribution marketing). General design work, working inline with a style guide + other ad-hoc design work, for example, sponsorship banner, digital booklets for properties for sale. Some work may be created from scratch, other work may require updates or re-work. Administratively, required to pull together our monthly stats into a digestible format - google analytics, Insta and FB, and Website stats. Reports from SEO company and ad spend. Put it together to present to the board in an easy to read, digestible format. Working with ongoing campaigns and competitions - that are currently running - and compiling results in an easy to digest format. In addition to admin - supporting onboarding initiatives and maintaining general distribution lists. Basic website updating - adding new tea ---------- mbers and updating profile

- Good over-communicator. We need someone who can hit the ground running and work autonomously. Need to be a forward-thinker. Must have experience in this spacer. Someone who can take our design level to the next level.
Reliability and trustworthiness.
If you make a mistake they need to own it and fix it - everyone makes mistakes.
