We’re looking for a talented Marketing Flyer Designer who specializes in creating high-quality, visually appealing flyers with interchangeable content. This role is perfect for someone with a strong design eye and the technical skills to build editable templates that can be customized for different properties, agents, or campaigns.

???? Primary Responsibilities:
Design branded flyer templates for real estate and mortgage marketing.

Ensure all designs are editable and modular, allowing quick updates to text, property data, and photos.

Deliver files in Adobe, Canva, PowerPoint, or other agreed formats that are easy for tea ---------- mbers to customize.

Maintain design consistency with existing brand standards (logos, fonts, color palette).

? Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
Familiarity with Excel for handling data with math calculations

Experience with Go High Level CRM

Video editing capabilities for short form content (social reels, agent promos).

Knowledge of marketing funnels and how design fits into lead generation strategy.

Understands real estate or mortgage industry branding (or can learn quickly).
