Graphics Designer

The Mission: At Inner World Training (IWT), we believe quiet leaders can change the world. We help introverted coaches build movements using their authentic selves. We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Illustrator who can take a heart-led concept and turn it into a beautiful, visual reality.

The Role: This isn't just about placing text on a photo. We need an artist. You will be responsible for creating the custom illustrations and metaphors that define our programs—like the Introvert Advantage Challenge. You will work directly with our marketing team to ensure that every ad, workbook, and thumbnail carries the "Quiet Power" aesthetic. If you love clean lines, sophisticated typography, and creating art that matters, we want to meet you.

What You Will Do:

Illustrate the Invisible: Turn complex coaching concepts into simple, beautiful digital illustrations.

Design for Growth: Create ads and funnel graphics that stop the scroll and invite people into our world.

Enhance the Experience: Design the premium workbooks that our high-level Platinum clients use to transform their lives.

Innovate: Use AI tools to push the boundaries of what we can create as a lean, efficient team.

Technical Standards:

Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.

Strong portfolio featuring original digital illustration and clean graphic design.
