JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote (Strong internet and webcam required)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST (1-hour break included)
Department: Customer Experience (CX) Team

This position has room to grow into the CX Manager.

Overview:
NOWCAST is seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, and design-skilled tea ---------- mber to join our Customer Experience (CX) Team as a Technical Support & Graphic Designer. This hybrid role supports customers in launching their mobile and OTT (Over-the-Top) apps using NOWCAST’s no-code, drag-and-drop app builder platform. The ideal candidate will have strong Photoshop skills and a passion for helping users bring their apps to life quickly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Onboarding

Provide live support via Zoom, Email, Text, and Phone to assist customers in building and launching their mobile and TV apps.

Learn and master the NOWCAST no-code mobile and OTT app builder to effectively guide users through setup and publishing.

Onboard new customers by walking them through the app creation process and providing proactive follow-up support.

Use a support ticketing system to track, respond to, and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Maintain high levels of responsiveness and professionalism to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Graphic Design

Use Adobe Photoshop to create professional-grade mobile and TV app icons, splash screens, and other required design assets.

Ensure all graphic elements meet platform requirements (e.g., iOS, Android, Roku, Fire TV).

Create and Design Social Media post to be scheduled out

Platform Publishing Support

Learn the submission processes for iOS, Android, Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, Google TV, and Android TV.

Assist customers in preparing and submitting their apps to the appropriate app stores and platforms.

Customer Success & Experience

Reach out to customers proactively to check on their progress and offer assistance.

Help streamline the app creation and publishing process to ensure a fast, smooth launch.

Maintain a neat and presentable on-camera appearance for all live Zoom calls.

Ensure a reliable, high-speed internet connection and webcam setup for video-based support.

Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:

1+ year of technical support or customer service experience

Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong understanding of basic tech and digital workflows

High attention to detail and a customer-first attitude

Ability to learn quickly and master new tools/platforms

Experience with email and ticket-based support systems

Preferred but Not Required:

Experience with OTT or mobile app publishing

Familiarity with iOS/Android/TV app store guidelines

Prior experience with no-code or low-code platforms

Work Environment & Tools:
Remote work with dedicated hours (10am – 7pm EST)

Daily use of Zoom, Email, Phone, and Text for support

Adobe Photoshop

Support ticketing and CRM platforms

NOWCAST App Builder
