Graphic Designer (Virtual Assistant)

Location: Las Vegas NV USA
Hours: Part-time (4 hours/day to start) But this will increase to full time eventually.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Local Las Vegas Time (flexible); occasional weekends will be needed.
Pay: $3.00/hour (with 90-day performance review & pay increase based on performance).

Vegas Promo Pros is a growing family business, we are a promotional products and custom printing company based in Las Vegas. We help businesses stand out through branded apparel, merchandise, and marketing materials. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and efficient Graphic Designer VA who wants to grow with us long-term.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Designing and editing graphics using Adobe Illustrator (REQUIRED)
Working with Photoshop and occasional InDesign files
Creating and editing designs in Canva (must have real experience & past projects)
Preparing print-ready artwork for apparel, promotional products, and marketing materials
Making fast revisions and updates based on feedback
Assisting with email campaign graphics (bonus if familiar with email platforms)
Supporting WordPress updates/design tasks when needed (plus)
Managing multiple design tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience with Adobe Illustrator (non-negotiable)
Working knowledge of Photoshop
Basic familiarity with InDesign (preferred, not required)
Proven experience using Canva for real projects
Portfolio required (Adobe + Canva work)
Speaks and writes English clearly and professionally
Can work fast, efficiently, and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability

Nice-to-Have (Big Plus):

Experience with email marketing campaigns
WordPress knowledge
Print design or promotional product experience
Understanding of branding and layout for marketing materials

Schedule & Pay Details:

4 hours/day minimum to start
Hours will increase as workload grows
$3.00/hour starting rate
90-day evaluation with opportunity for a pay increase based on performance
