Graphic Designer – Vehicle Wraps and Signage

I am hiring a full-time remote Graphic Designer

This role is ideal for an experienced production designer who has created vehicle wraps, boat wraps, signage, decals, and large-format graphics. I am looking for someone who can follow detailed instructions, produce accurate files, manage revisions efficiently, and track working hours honestly.

Key Responsibilities

* Design full and partial vehicle wraps
* Create boat wraps, decals, signs, and banners
* Translate client briefs into design concepts
* Prepare production-ready artwork and final files
* Complete revisions based on project feedback
* Maintain organized project and design files
* Follow print specifications, bleed, and resolution requirements
* Track billable design hours live through ClickUp
* Notify the Project Manager when projects require additional time
* Attend weekly alignment meetings during the first 90 days

Required Qualifications

* At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience
* Direct experience designing vehicle wraps or large-format signage
* Portfolio showing full wraps, partial wraps, and decal projects
* Advanced Adobe Illustrator skills
* Strong Adobe Photoshop skills
* Knowledge of print production and file preparation
* Strong written and spoken English
* Comfortable following structured workflows and SOPs
* Comfortable using live time-tracking systems
* Available during U.S. Eastern business hours
* Reliable computer, internet connection, and dedicated workspace

Preferred Experience

* Experience with U.S.-based signage or printing companies
* Boat wrap or marine graphics experience
* Mascot, character, or custom illustration skills
* Experience using ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms
* Experience working in a billable-hour environment
* Knowledge of bleed, color matching, resolution, and print limitations

Performance Expectations

* Accurately track all design time while working
* Complete at least 6 billable hours daily
* Work toward 7 billable hours daily after training
* Complete full wrap designs efficiently
* Follow project scopes and estimated design hours
* Communicate immediately when additional time is required
* Never backdate or estimate time entries
* Produce consistent and production-ready design files
