The Compliance Services Organization didn’t exist. We built it.
MP1 Solutions pioneered the Compliance Services Organization (CSO) — a new category of operating partner built to replace the fragmented vendor model that has defined compliance programs for decades. Built on the foundation of MedPro Disposal, the nation’s largest privately-held medical waste company serving 35,000+ providers across 48 states over the past 15 years, MP1 Solutions extends that operational infrastructure, vendor network, and customer trust into a category we’re actively building — and leading.
What we do:
We operate as the single compliance partner for non-acute healthcare facilities — consolidating every obligation into one coordinated program, assigning one dedicated account manager as the point of accountability, and actively managing the underlying vendor ecosystem through continuous evaluation, negotiation, and optimization on the practice’s behalf.
Why it matters:
Regulated facilities across the country are managing compliance the same fragmented way they always have. We’re changing that — and we’re looking for people who want to help build what comes next.
Our technology:
We’re actively building the AI infrastructure that sits behind this model — automating compliance tracking, surfacing risks before they become problems, and creating a system that gets smarter with every client we add. If you want to build at the intersection of compliance and technology, you’re in the right place.
Our impact:
Our clients never have to worry about something falling through the cracks — obligations are coordinated, tracked, and documented in one place. We audit costs, eliminate overcharges, and deliver proof of compliance that always keeps practices inspection ready.
Position Overview:
MedPro Disposal and MP1 Solutions compete in a market where first impressions are made visually — across paid ads, landing pages, sales collateral, and brand touchpoints that span two distinct but related brands. The Graphic Designer owns the visual execution layer for both, producing digital and print assets that are on-brand, conversion-focused, and built to perform in a high-volume marketing environment.
This is not a passive production role. The right person brings creative instincts and design craft to every asset, understands how design decisions affect conversion and brand perception, and operates with enough independence to move fast without constant direction. Quality, consistency, and speed across two brands is the standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Design:
• Design high-converting paid ad creative for Google Display, Meta
• Create landing page visual assets, hero images, icons, and supporting graphics that align with campaign objectives and brand standards.
• Design social media graphics,
• Produce visual assets for web properties including comparison sites, client-facing tools, and web forms — in close coordination with the Web Developer.
• Iterate quickly on creative variations for A/B testing — resizing, copy swaps, color variants, and format adaptations without sacrificing design quality.
Print & Brand Collateral:
• Design and produce print-ready sales collateral including one-pagers, brochures, sell sheets, and case study layouts for both brands.
• Create branded presentation templates, pitch decks, and internal documents that maintain visual consistency across the organization.
• Develop and maintain brand style elements — iconography, typography applications, color usage, and layout templates — that ensure consistency across all market-facing surfaces.
• Support campaign launches with print materials, event graphics, and partner co-branded assets as needed.
Brand Consistency & Creative Operations:
• Maintain and enforce visual brand standards across both MedPro Disposal and MP1 Solutions — ensuring every asset, across every channel, looks like it belongs to the same professional organization.
• Organize and maintain a shared asset library of approved brand elements, templates, and production files that the broader team can access and use.
• Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager, SEO & AEO Specialist, and Web Developer to ensure design assets are correctly sized, formatted, and optimized for their intended platform and purpose.
• Manage multiple concurrent design requests through Asana, prioritizing effectively and communicating proactively when timelines are at risk.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print work — portfolio submission is required and will be the primary evaluation criteria.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. This is non-negotiable; candidates must demonstrate mastery, not familiarity.
• Proven experience designing paid digital ad creative across Google Display, Meta, and similar platforms — with an understanding of what makes ad creative perform, not just look good.
• Solid print design experience: bleed setup, CMYK color management, print-ready file preparation, and working with print production specifications.
• Strong typography skills and a sharp eye for layout, hierarchy, and visual balance across both digital and print formats.
• Experience maintaining brand consistency across multiple brands or product lines simultaneously.
• Asana or equivalent project management tool experience — able to self-manage a queue of concurrent design requests without micromanagement.
• High proficiency with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or equivalent) for concept generation, image enhancement, and accelerating production workflows. We expect AI to be a standard part of how this person works.
• Excellent written English for creative briefs, revision requests, and cross-team communication.
• Must be available to overlap with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) business hours for collaboration and feedback cycles.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with Figma or similar tools for web-adjacent design work and handoff to developers.
• Motion graphics or basic video editing capability (After Effects, Premiere, or Canva Pro) for social and ad content.
• Experience designing for healthcare, B2B SaaS, or compliance-driven brands.
• Canva Pro proficiency for rapid template creation and lightweight asset production.
• Experience working with U.S.-based marketing teams remotely, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive hourly rate of $5–$8/hour USD, based on experience and portfolio strength
• Part-time role (20 hours/week) with flexible scheduling and weekly pay
• 100% remote work — work from anywhere in the Philippines
• Long-term engagement with growth potential within a U.S.-based organization
• Collaborative and performance-driven culture focused on professional development and results
• Exposure to U.S. marketing operations, brand strategy, and multi-brand creative environments
• Opportunity to grow your portfolio working across paid media, print, and digital channels
Technical Requirements:
• Personal laptop or desktop capable of running Adobe Creative Suite without lag
• Stable primary internet connection (at least 25–30 Mbps) with a backup internet source
• Quiet, dedicated work environment
