Graphic Designer Needed - Long-Term/Full-Time Position - Bi-Weekly Pay + Bonuses

Our company is growing! We need a Graphics Designer who has the skills and knowledge to help us grow further.

ABOUT ME (Deb):
• I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way
• I am very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect
• I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that!)
• I own 2 American (U.S.) Companies located in the state of Oregon

ABOUT THE POSITION:
• Able to design PSDs for websites such as multi-page designs, sales pages, landing pages, etc.
• Design stand-alone graphics for web such as header, advertisements, backgrounds, etc.
• Logo design for print and web
• General graphic design for print and web
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay every 1st and 15th of each month
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We give pay increases based on performance
