Graphic Designer (InDesign + Social Templates)

We’re looking for a designer who is strong in Adobe InDesign and ideally also with good knowledge in Canva and/or Gamma.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain InDesign templates
Layout templates for branded PDFs (one-pagers, short guides, webinar assets)
Update and refine templates based on feedback
Social and content visuals
Create LinkedIn visuals (banners, simple carousels, post graphics)
Build reusable templates (Canva and/or Gamma)

Brand consistency
Apply consistent typography, spacing, hierarchy, and branding across assets
Maintain a tidy asset library (logos, icons, styles, templates)

Required Skills
Strong experience with Adobe InDesign
Strong experience in using AI tools to scale and improve your work output
Graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy)
Ability to work from direction and iterate fast
Familiar with creating social media assets and template systems

Nice to Have
Canva template building experience
Gamma presentation building experience
Light motion/animation for social (optional)
Familiarity with B2B visual style (clean, minimal, credible)

Working Setup
Remote, Philippines
Part-time to start
Async is fine; a bit of overlap with Central European time zone is a plus
