Graphic Designer File Prepper

We are seeking an experienced individual who has experience preparing files for print production. The person will be knowledgeable in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat. We are seeking someone who knows how to create contour cut lines with the PEN tool in illustrator. We do alot of engraving for neon signs and need someone who has this skill.

The person will also know how to set print files for Booklets, books, large format printing, DTG, and DTF printing. The person must know hot to fix customer files to add the proper bleed.

The indiviual will speak good english and work from 6am to 10am (sometimes 11am). PST. They will assist us in prepping files and sending them to our machines via avica.

If you have experience in prepress and the printing industry then this position is perfect for you! The candidate must also have an excellent understanding of both offset and digital printing processes.

The main purpose of the role is to prepress all of our files and prepare them to upload on the server for printing. Graphic design experience is a plus. Most designs we do are simple and we use templates as well.

WE WANT SOMEONE WHO CAN CHAT WITH US IN REAL-TIME
He/She should be able to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and management.

Knowledge and access to the Adobe Creative Suite are essential.

The successful operator must have access to all the appropriate software and hardware to fulfill this role remotely.

This would include:
-Subscriptions to Adobe Creative Suite software for both platforms (especially Adobe Professional "Quite Imposing" software)
- Fast internet connection with unlimited data allowance, to allow transfer in both directions of files up to 500 MB in size
