Graphic Designer - Figma, Web + Mobile Layouts

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer based in the Philippines, specializing in UI/UX design using Figma for web and mobile applications. You will create visually appealing, user-friendly designs, including app interfaces, icons, banners, and other digital assets to support our projects. This is a project-based role with an estimated commitment of 10 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time (40 hours per week) and a possible hourly rate increase based on performance and project needs.
Responsibilities

Design intuitive and modern UI/UX for web and mobile applications using Figma.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Develop graphic assets such as icons, illustrations, banners, and marketing materials.
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the team (including developers and content creators) to refine designs based on feedback.
Maintain organized Figma files and design systems for efficient handover and iteration.

Requirements

Proven experience or strong portfolio in UI/UX design for web and mobile apps.
Proficiency in Figma (must-have); knowledge of other tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop is a plus.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design.
Ability to create clean, modern, and responsive designs.
Basic knowledge of web/mobile design best practices (e.g., grid systems, component-based design).
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback effectively.
Strong communication skills and responsiveness.
A portfolio showcasing Figma projects, especially web and mobile app designs (highly required).

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $2 - $5 per hour (based on experience and skill level).
Project-Based: Approximately 10 hours per week to start.
