Graphic Designer — Direct Response Static Ads (Remote )
We're a fast-moving direct response health & wellness brand scaling aggressively on paid social (Meta FB ads. We need a graphic designer who already knows what a winning static ad looks like in the DR world — not someone we have to teach.
What you'll be doing:
Creating high-converting static image ads across the entire funnel. That means top-of-funnel native-style creatives designed to blend into the feed and stop the scroll, mid-funnel ads that retarget warm audiences with social proof, testimonials, comparison graphics, and "why us" positioning, and bottom-of-funnel ads that close — urgency-driven creatives, offer stacks, limited-time reminders, and conversion-focused layouts that push people over the edge.
You'll also be working on advertorial-style layouts, before/afters, UGC-style statics, editorial mockups, and review/testimonial highlight creatives. Everything is built to sell, not to look pretty on a mood board.
You need to have:
Experience designing statics specifically for direct response brands — health, beauty, skincare, supplement, or wellness brands that run paid traffic at scale. If your portfolio is full of corporate branding or logo work, this isn't the right fit. We want to see ads that were built to convert at every stage of the funnel.
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and/or Canva Pro. You know how to work with ad dimensions across platforms, understand text-safe zones, and can format for mobile-first.
A strong grasp of what makes people stop scrolling at TOF, what builds trust and desire at MOF, and what triggers action at BOF. You understand visual hierarchy, bold hooks, curiosity-driven layouts, and how to pair copy with imagery so the whole thing hits as one unit.
What we expect:
You can hit 24-hour turnaround deadlines consistently. When we send you a brief in the morning, we need deliverables by the next day — not "sometime this week."
You can handle revisions fast. First round of feedback shouldn't take another full day. We move quickly and need someone who matches our speed.
You're comfortable receiving direct, blunt creative feedback. We test everything and iterate based on data, not feelings.
You can manage multiple briefs at once without dropping the ball.
Bonus if you:
Have experience creating statics that pair with video ad funnels — pre-sell pages, advertorials, landing page headers. Understand the relationship between the ad creative, the hook, and the landing page experience. Have worked with supplement, skincare, or anti-aging brands specifically.
