Tee Vision is a screen printing and custom apparel company based in Philadelphia's Hunting Park neighborhood. We serve businesses, organizations, sports teams, and individuals who need high-quality custom printed garments. Our clients range from local Philly brands to churches, schools, and businesses across the U.S.
We're building out our creative team and looking for a talented, reliable Graphic Designer to join us full-time and grow with us for the long haul.

ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be our go-to creative professional responsible for everything visual — from preparing customer artwork for print production to maintaining our brand's digital presence. You'll work closely with our sales team and communicate directly with clients to bring their vision to life on garments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CLIENT ARTWORK & PROOFING
? Create digital proofs and mockups of client-provided logos on t-shirts, hoodies, and other garments
? Prepare and clean up artwork files to be print-ready for screen printing production
? Communicate with clients via email/messaging to present proofs, collect feedback, and get final approvals
? Make revisions efficiently based on client feedback until the design is approved
CUSTOM DESIGN CREATION
? Create custom designs from scratch for clients who don't have their own designer or logo
? Understand client needs, brand identity, and style preferences to produce on-point designs
? Design for a variety of niches: businesses, churches, sports teams, events, streetwear brands, and more
DIGITAL & MARKETING CONTENT
? Source and create images, graphics, and visual content for the Tee Vision website and blog
? Use AI image generation tools to create lifestyle/model photos showcasing our products
? Maintain a consistent, professional digital aesthetic across all online platforms
? Assist with social media graphics, promotional flyers, and marketing materials as needed
TEAM COLLABORATION
? Work closely with our sales team to understand order details and turn around artwork quickly
? Maintain organized file systems for all client artwork and design assets
? Meet deadlines consistently — our clients depend on fast turnarounds

REQUIREMENTS
? 5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in apparel, merch, or print industries
? Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (must have — this is non-negotiable)
? Experience creating mockups of designs on apparel/garments
? Ability to design for diverse audiences: businesses, churches, sports teams, streetwear, etc.
? Experience using AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar) to generate product/lifestyle imagery
? Excellent written English communication skills for client-facing interactions
? Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
? Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of running Adobe Creative Suite
? Ability to work on a schedule that overlaps with Eastern Time (ET) business hours

NICE TO HAVE
? Experience with screen printing, DTG, or other garment decoration methods
? Knowledge of color separation for screen printing
? Portfolio showing apparel design, logo work, or print-ready files
? Experience with website graphics (WordPress or Shopify preferred)
? Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or other design platforms
