Graphic Designer

About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and reliable Graphic Designer based in the Philippines to support and elevate our brand, Pagulayan Cues. This role is ideal for someone who can execute high-quality designs while also contributing ideas to improve visuals and performance. You must be able to suggest improvements and take ownership, rather than just following tasks.

Responsibilities
Create high-quality social media graphics (posts, ads, campaigns).
Design product listings for e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify).
Develop website banners and email marketing visuals.
Produce email content designs and layouts.
Create product mockups and presentation visuals.
Assist in packaging and branding design when needed.
Ensure consistency across all brand materials.
Collaborate with the team and contribute creative ideas.
Revise and improve designs based on feedback and performance.

Requirements & Experience
Experience: 4+ years of relevant design experience.
Skillset: Can seamlessly handle branding, marketing, and e-commerce visuals. Strong portfolio in social media, e-commerce, or marketing design.
Tools: Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools. Familiarity with Shopify, Google Drive, and Google Sheets is a plus.
Design Fundamentals: Good understanding of layout, typography, and branding.
English Communication: Excellent English communication.
Work Ethic: Detail-oriented and organized. Open to feedback and revisions.

Work Setup
Screen Share (IMPORTANT): You will be on a live screenshare with the team for the full duration of every shift, every day. You will be coming to the "office" to work virtually. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please do not apply.
Remote.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm EST (9:30pm–5:30am Philippines time).
Stable internet connection required.
