Graphic Design Virtual Assistant (POD / Long-Term Role)

JOB OVERVIEW
We are building a premium POD brand, AXIOMSTEEL, and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Graphic Design Virtual Assistant to help us scale production.
This is a long-term role for someone who wants stable work and consistent hours.
You will be helping produce structured, repeatable product designs.
We are building a serious brand — not a hobby.


RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
• Create design variations from existing templates
• Replace names, dates, and personalized text
• Maintain correct spacing and alignment
• Follow brand font and hierarchy rules
• Organize design folders properly
• Mockup image preparation
• Follow clear SOPs and naming conventions
This role is production-focused and detail-oriented.

REQUIRED SKILLS
You MUST:
• Be highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator
• Understand vector design and SVG file export
• Have strong typography skills
• Be very detail-oriented
• Follow instructions precisely
• Work independently once trained
• Have stable internet
• Communicate clearly in English

Bonus if you have experience with:
• Print-on-demand
• Etsy product image preparation

This job requires consistency and precision.
