Job Description
I’m looking for a skilled graphic designer who can create high-quality Instagram thumbnails that are visually strong, scroll-stopping, and consistent with my brand identity.
This is not basic Canva work. I’m looking for someone with a strong design eye, attention to detail, and experience creating content that actually performs on social media.

Responsibilities
Design Instagram thumbnails that align with my brand style and tone
Maintain consistency across all visuals (colors, fonts, layout, vibe)
Take creative direction and improve on it when needed
Deliver clean, polished, high-end designs
Meet deadlines consistently
Requirements
Proven experience as a graphic designer (portfolio required)
Strong understanding of Instagram visuals and thumbnails
Excellent typography, layout, and color skills
Ability to match and follow an existing brand identity
Reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented
Familiar with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent
Nice to Have
Experience designing for Instagram growth or content creators
Motion or animated thumbnail experience
Understanding of branding and visual storytelling
$5-$8 and hour
