Graphic Artist for Simple Designs

We are looking to hire a graphic artist to create designs. These would be computer generated drawings that consist of simple patterns to color. We have a step by step tutorial, but would like someone who has a basic knowledge of computer programs similar to Photoshop.

This position starts as part-time, working approximately 20 hours per week, which amounts to around 80 graphics per day as each graphic takes only 3-4 minutes to create.

For part-time work, compensation is $125USD/month, with $62.50USD on the 1st and $62.50USD on the 15th.

This position *has the potential* to turn into a full-time position after a 90-day trial period, with around 160 graphics per day.

For full-time work, compensation is $250USD/month, with $125USD on the 1st and $125USD on the 15th. Full-time workers also receive 13th month on December 1st.

Compensation is made on the 1st and 15th of each month, via Paypal. There should be no Paypal fees taken from your compensation if paid in USD, though there may be a small fee to convert USD to PHP via Paypal.

Employee Policies:

-All graphic work created by you is the property of the company.

-You may not use this work in any other way (other than as an example in a portfolio).

-We expect you to work approximately 20 hours/week part-time. We do not monitor time for our Graphic Artists, and do not mind if you take less time than 20 hours, but if you are working much more than 20 hours per week please communicate this with us.

-We expect that during your 90 day part-time employment you check in daily to let us know what you are working on for the day, even if you do not complete any project. Once you are full-time, this does not need to be daily, but frequently.

-We expect you to be diligent in keeping to project due dates. This is a priority, and the reason our former graphic artists did not work out.

-You can take off whatever personal time you need, just keep your project due dates in mind, and communicate in advance if there is a problem
