Google ppc and conversion expert

Need someone to create ppc conversion pages on website for a wide range of niches focusing on specific types of equipment financing for businesses. Also need them to create conversion tags within google tag manager and from pages within google ads. Once these are set up i want help developing the campaign focusing on conversions for specific equipment financing programs. Conversions need to be tracked by who has completed form on landing pages for specific niches. You will not need to create the form. You will need to be able to track conversions on form. Forms will be hosted through jotform then embedded on the website pages.
