Role Overview

We’re seeking a Google Analytics & Conversion Tracking Strategist who can own all aspects of analytics and attribution. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring data integrity across multiple accounts and proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies. Reliability and attention to detail are non-negotiable for this position.

Responsibilities

Set up, audit, and manage conversion tracking across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, and other ad platforms

Implement and validate tracking tags and events using Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Configure GA4 accounts, event parameters, and custom conversions

Conduct regular tracking audits to ensure data accuracy and attribution consistency

Collaborate with the media buying team to troubleshoot pixel or tracking issues

Maintain clear documentation for all setups, tag maps, and data flows

Provide actionable insights from analytics dashboards and reports

Communicate progress through Start-of-Day (SOD) and End-of-Day (EOD) updates

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Google Analytics (GA4 and/or Universal Analytics)

3+ years of experience in Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Strong understanding of conversion tracking for Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads

Experience troubleshooting data discrepancies between ad platforms and analytics

Familiarity with tools like Looker Studio (Data Studio) and Google Ads conversion imports

Excellent written and spoken English (must be conversational and professional)

Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented

Available to start on EST hours for the first 30 days
