GoHighLevel+Notion (MedSpa Agency Automation)

We are building a highly automated, client-ready ad agency system for MedSpas. I am seeking a GoHighLevel expert with strong technical skills who can set up my complete system — Phase 1 and Phase 2 — with full automation, cloning, UpHex integration, attribution, and smart Notion dashboards.

What you’ll be doing:
Set up dynamic qualifying questions with pre-call automations.
Add tagging and logic based on ad budget selection.
Build a smart GHL dashboard with plain-English KPIs.
Create agency funnel + onboarding form.
Integrate Stripe, attribution tracking, AI caller, and 5-star review automation.
Build a Notion dashboard to track expenses, tasks, and client health.
Set up a cloning system using GHL + Notion for onboarding new clients.
Connect social media, integrate UpHex, and sync UTM parameters with campaigns.
Enable AI alerts for low CTR, high CPL, or no-shows.
Help automate ad insight collection from platforms like YouTube and Facebook.
Add auto-DMs, SMS/email reminders, and optional AI caller for cold leads.


You will work with my brand. Bonus if you can also help clone this for my Dance GHL subaccount later.

A/B testing automation (CTR-based refresh)
Attribution by campaign and ad ID
VA access control logic
Auto-collecting MedSpa pain points from YouTube/FB
Building scalable cloning system for new MedSpa clients

Mini Task (Before Hiring):
You may be asked to complete a small paid test task (e.g., funnel + calendar + tagging logic).
This helps us see your speed and quality.
