Hey, I’m looking to hire a smart tech-savvy person who can help me set up an intelligent automation system for my trucking and logistics company, Abzi Freight and Logistics.

Here’s what I’m trying to build:

I want emails, text messages, and calls to go out to potential shippers and brokers to get freight contracts. When they respond, I need an AI to continue the conversation, quote them a price from my pricing sheet, send a contract, get it signed, and then dispatch the load through Alvys (my transportation management system).

Customers should also be able to go to my website or Google Business page, enter order info, get a price, pay, and get booked without needing to speak to anyone. My goal is for the system to handle most customer interaction and sales—fully automated.

I need someone who knows how to:

Set up GoHighLevel workflows (email, SMS, and pipeline automation)

Integrate Google Sheets or Airtable as a pricing engine

Use Zapier or ---------- to connect tools like ChatGPT, PandaDoc, Stripe, Calendly, and CallHippo

Work with ChatGPT API or AI assistants to create smart responses (email, text, and voice)

Set up and integrate with PandaDoc, Stripe, and Alvys TMS

Bonus if you know Twilio, ElevenLabs, or building AI voice agents
