GoHighLevel + Zapier Implementation Specialist (Project-Based)

We are looking for a GoHighLevel + Zapier specialist to implement a text-first operations system for a local home services business.
This is a clean, well-documented build, not a vague or experimental project.
You will be given a detailed implementation brief and SOPs.

SCOPE OF WORK:
Configure Zenbooker webhooks
Build Zapier automations for job lifecycle events:
job created
job rescheduled
job canceled
contractor assigned
job completed
Map data cleanly into GoHighLevel:
contacts
custom fields
opportunities
tags

Build GoHighLevel workflows for:
missed call auto-text
quote sent notifications
quoted-not-booked follow-ups
contractor 24-hour reminders
post-job review automation with 5-star routing
Enforce business hours / quiet hours rules
Integrate iMessage + SMS inside GHL using Blooio or Linqblue
Test end-to-end with sample jobs
Provide documentation and a Loom walkthrough

Zenbooker (job system of record)
GoHighLevel (CRM + automation)
Zapier (webhook + mapping layer)
Blooio or Linqblue (iMessage/SMS)

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience with GoHighLevel workflows and pipelines
Strong Zapier webhook and data-mapping experience
Ability to follow detailed implementation specs exactly
Clean, well-structured builds (no spaghetti workflows)
Clear communication and documentation
