GoHighLevel VA Offer – Real Estate Automation & Workflow Assistant

???? ABOUT THE ROLE:
I’m Pedro Andrade (TheRealPedro) — a real estate professional in Miami working with sellers, landlords, buyers, and tenants. I'm looking for a part-time, long-term virtual assistant who is skilled in GoHighLevel (GHL) to help automate lead follow-up, build workflows, and manage pipeline tasks.

You’ll be helping to run the backend of a high-converting, automation-driven lead system that’s already producing results.

? RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and manage lead workflows for:

???? Sellers (14-day + 90-day nurture)
???? Landlords (7-day rental listing + follow-up)
???? Buyers and Tenants (application & showing flow)

Set up tags, triggers, and smart lists inside GoHighLevel
Create SMS + email sequences (I’ll provide base templates)
Monitor CRM daily and move leads through pipelines
Report daily activity & lead response metrics
Communicate via WhatsApp and provide weekly updates

???? TOOLS YOU’LL BE USING:

Gmail
Calendly
CapCut (bonus if you know it!)
Gamma (for presentations)
Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
Loom (to record workflows)

? JOB DETAILS:
???? Hours: 10–20 hrs/week (with potential to grow to full-time)

???? Starting Pay: $450–$500/month (based on skill & speed)
???? Timezone: Must overlap with EST (Miami Time)
???? Communication: Daily via WhatsApp
???? Training & SOPs provided
???? Bonus opportunities:
$25–$100 per result-driven outcome (listing booked, rental closed, workflow ahead of deadline)

???? FIRST 30-DAY GOALS:
Set up all lead workflows + tagging system
Create basic nurture campaigns for sellers & landlords
Upload and segment sample leads
Build out daily reporting dashboard (template provided)

? YOU ARE:
Fluent in English (written & verbal) Spanish is a +
A GoHighLevel wizard (or VERY comfortable with workflows, tags, triggers)
Reliable, responsive, organized, and self-driven
Able to solve problems independently
Excited to grow in a real estate team long-term
