We're a small web design agency (Wabisites) based in Las Vegas that builds websites and lead generation systems for home service contractors (plumbers, roofers, HVAC, etc.) using GoHighLevel.

We need a part-time VA who already knows GHL to help manage our CRM, respond to leads, and keep our automations running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Monitor and respond to Facebook Messenger inquiries from our ad campaigns (during your shift hours)
- Manage the GHL inbox: tag leads, move contacts through pipeline stages, update custom fields
- Schedule appointments using GHL Calendar
- Follow up with no-shows and unresponsive leads via SMS/email through GHL
- Monitor workflow automations and flag anything that breaks
- Basic GHL admin: adding contacts, updating records, pulling reports
- Assist with reputation management (review request follow-ups)

MUST HAVE:
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (not just "I've heard of it" — you need to know the dashboard, workflows, conversations, calendars, and pipelines)
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
- Strong written English (you'll be messaging US-based contractors)
- Available to work 20 hours/week (flexible schedule, but must overlap with US Pacific business hours at least 3-4 hours daily)

NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience managing Facebook Messenger / Meta Business Suite
- Experience with Stripe payment links or GHL invoicing
- Experience supporting a digital marketing agency
- Familiarity with Zapier, Google Workspace, or Vercel

THIS IS A GOOD FIT IF:
- You've worked as a GHL VA before for an agency or SaaS company
- You're looking for a long-term part-time role that can grow into full-time
- You're proactive — you flag problems before they become fires
- You communicate clearly and don't need to be micromanaged

We will start you part time and then as time goes on and I feel we are ready for scale and I need you more for the business on a daily bases, we will move you to full time. Probably sooner rather than later.
