GoHighLevel Technical Operations VA (Full-Time | U.S. Hours | Long-Term)

We are hiring a reliable, detail-oriented GoHighLevel Technical Operations Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time.

This is not freelance work and not a short-term project. We’re looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term position, consistent hours, and the opportunity to grow with a real business. We provide clear goals, training resources, and on-time pay (weekly pay).

Primary Responsibilities (Top Priority)
>> Set up GoHighLevel sub-accounts
>> Complete client onboarding setup after sales calls (we provide training resources)
>> Handle A2P / 10DLC verification tasks

Secondary Responsibilities
>> Build and troubleshoot basic automations (GoHighLevel + Zapier)
>> Perform tech cleanup and fix issues when needed
>> Light client communication via email/chat (professional English required)

How We Work
This role requires independence and problem-solving ability. You will have access to training resources and clear goals, but you are expected to:

>> attempt to resolve issues on your own before asking for help
>> research documentation, test solutions, and troubleshoot independently
>> bring proposed solutions or recommendations when escalating an issue

If you need step-by-step instructions for every task or prefer constant direction, this role will not be a good fit.

Requirements
>> Hands-on experience working inside GoHighLevel (real usage required)
>> Experience with Zapier
>> Strong written and spoken English
>> Comfortable working during U.S. business hours (EST) (overnight in the Philippines)
>> Detail-oriented, organized, dependable
>> Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (backup connection preferred)
>> Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks

Schedule & Pay
>> Full-time: 40 hours per week
>> $3/hour for the first 30 days
>> 90-day onboarding period
>> Performance reviews at Day 30 and Day 90
>> $3.50/hr at Day 30 for strong performance
>> $4.00/hr after a successful 90-day performance review
>> Long-term role with increased responsibility for the right person
