GoHighLevel Systems Operator (Long-Term, Remote)

Hours: Part-time to start (20 hrs/week), full-time possible
Pay: Competitive, long-term role, not project-based

What you’ll do

We’re building a high-ticket coaching business and need a GoHighLevel systems operator to run the backend.

This role is systems + automation only.
You will implement exactly what’s planned, not redesign the strategy unless specifically asked to.


Responsibilities:

Build funnels in GoHighLevel

Set up calendars, pipelines, tags, and workflows

Configure booking, follow-up, and qualification logic

Build forms and post-booking questionnaires

Set up email & SMS automations, confirmations, reminders

Maintain clean CRM records

Fix issues quickly and keep systems reliable


You’re a good fit if:

You have 2+ years GoHighLevel experience

You understand funnels, bookings, and automation logic

You follow instructions carefully

You prefer simple, clean systems

You communicate clearly in English

You are reliable and detail-focused


Not a fit if:

You rely on pre-built templates

You try to change the strategy without being asked

You need constant supervision


Nice to have:

Experience in supporting coaches or consultants

Basic understanding of sales pipelines
