Hours
We are open to two possible paths:
Path 1: GoHighLevel Specialist Only
10-20 hours per week to start.
Path 2: GoHighLevel + Video Editing + Ads Support
Potential full-time role, 30-40 hours per week, if you have strong skills in GoHighLevel, video editing, and digital ad campaign support.

Pay
Starting pay depends on experience and skill set.
For GoHighLevel-only candidates, we are targeting $5/hour to start, depending on experience. For candidates who are strong in GoHighLevel plus video editing and digital ad support, we are open to a higher monthly full-time arrangement based on your portfolio, experience, and availability.

About Us
Creative Edge Marketing is a U.S.-based digital marketing agency and video production company. We help businesses grow through video-driven digital ad campaigns, smart landing pages, CRM systems, lead nurturing, automations, and campaign optimization.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented GoHighLevel specialist to become a long-term part of our team. GoHighLevel is the top priority for this role.
However, we are also looking for someone who may be able to grow into a larger role with us. If you also have experience with video editing, social media content, podcast editing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, motion graphics, or ad creative, we may be able to offer more hours or potentially a full-time position.
This is not a one-time project. We want someone we can build rapport with, train into our systems, and trust to help support real client campaigns.

Main Priority: GoHighLevel Setup and Management
You will help us build and manage client systems inside GoHighLevel, including:
- Set up new GHL subaccounts from snapshots
- Customize snapshots for each client
- Build and edit landing pages and funnels
- Utilize GHL AI Studio for landing pages, automations, and web apps
- Create forms, surveys, calendars, pipelines, tags, custom fields, and custom values
- Configure opportunities and pipeline stages
- Connect domains and basic tracking
- Set up phone numbers, email settings, and basic client account settings
- Set up GHL reputation management and review request workflows
- Help prepare A2P/10DLC registration information when needed
- Troubleshoot broken automations, forms, workflows, and page issues
- Test all systems carefully before client campaigns go live

Automation and CRM Workflows
You should be able to help build and manage:
- Lead follow-up workflows using SMS and email
- Missed-call text-back workflows
- Appointment confirmation and reminder workflows
- No-show follow-up workflows
- Lead reactivation workflows
- Review request workflows
- Internal lead notification workflows
- Web chat and conversation workflows
- AI chat or AI appointment booking workflows when available
- Lead nurture sequences for paid ad campaigns

Landing Pages and Funnels
You should be able to:
- Build clean, mobile-friendly landing pages inside GoHighLevel
- Customize landing page templates with client branding, offers, images, copy, and forms
- QA landing pages on desktop and mobile
- Make edits based on client and team feedback
- Keep landing pages focused on conversion
- Understand how landing pages connect to ads, tracking, lead follow-up, and reporting

Bonus Skill: Meta and Google Ads Support
GoHighLevel is the top priority, but we would love someone who can also help with digital ad campaign execution.
This may include:
- Meta Ads Manager setup and campaign support
- Google Ads setup and campaign support
- Uploading ads, audiences, copy, creative, and landing page URLs
- Creating UTM links
- Checking Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
- Pulling weekly performance numbers
- Helping build simple campaign reports
- Monitoring spend, leads, cost per lead, and basic conversion metrics
- Flagging issues when campaigns are underperforming
- Helping organize ad creative for split testing
- Supporting ad refreshes when creative fatigue sets in
You do not need to be the main ad strategist, but you should understand how paid ad campaigns connect to creative, landing pages, tracking, CRM, follow-up, and reporting.

Major Bonus Skill: Video Editing and Creative Production
This is the skill that could turn this from a part-time GHL role into a larger or full-time role.
We are especially interested in candidates who can help edit:
- Podcast episodes
- Talking-head videos
- Social media reels and shorts
- Facebook and Instagram video ads
- Short-form direct response ads
- Testimonial videos
- Brand story videos
We are not expecting every applicant to have all of these skills. But if you are strong in GoHighLevel and can also edit video, we want to hear from you.

Video Editing Responsibilities, If Qualified
If you have video editing experience, you may help with:
- Editing short-form social media videos from longer footage
- Cutting podcast episodes into engaging short clips
- Creating scroll-stopping hooks for social ads
- Adding captions and open captions
- Adding text animations and callouts
- Adding basic motion graphics
- Adding music, sound effects, and basic audio cleanup
- Formatting videos for vertical, square, and horizontal platforms
- Editing testimonial videos into polished client proof assets
- Editing corporate footage into polished brand videos
- Creating ad variations for A/B testing
- Repurposing long-form videos into short-form social content
- Organizing project files and exports clearly
- Following brand guidelines and creative direction

Video Editing Tools, Preferred

Schedule
Flexible schedule is okay, but we need consistent communication.
We are in the Central Time Zone in the United States. You do not need to work U.S. hours all day, but we would like some overlap for meetings, training, and questions.
Preferred: 1-2 short check-ins per week during U.S. business hours.
For a full-time role, we would expect more regular availability and clear daily updates.

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to complete a paid test project.
For GoHighLevel candidates, the test may include:
- Build a simple landing page
- Create a form
- Create a pipeline
- Build a basic SMS/email follow-up workflow
- Set up an appointment reminder
- Set up a review request workflow
- Create a short Loom explaining what you built
- Provide a QA checklist showing what you tested

For candidates with video editing experience, the test may also include:
- Edit a 30-60 second vertical social media video
- Add captions
- Add text animation
- Create a strong opening hook
- Add basic music or sound design
- Export in the correct format for social media
- Provide the project file or editing timeline if requested

For candidates with ad support experience, the test may also include:
- Review a sample ad campaign brief
- Suggest 3 ad creative variations
- Create simple UTM links
- Explain how you would connect the ad campaign to the landing page and CRM workflow
