Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable GoHighLevel Setup Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is focused on onboarding new clients by activating and customizing pre-built automation systems inside GoHighLevel.
All systems, workflows, and automations are already built your responsibility will be to properly set them up for each client, ensure everything is connected correctly, and turn systems live.
This is a straightforward execution role for someone who already understands GoHighLevel and can follow a clear process without needing constant oversight.
Responsibilities
-Set up client accounts inside GoHighLevel after purchase
-Customize existing automations to match each client (name, business info, pipelines, etc.)
Connect and verify:
1. Phone numbers (Twilio)
2.
3. Calendars
4. Turn on workflows, triggers, and automations
5. Test systems to ensure everything is working properly
6. Ensure each client account is fully activated and ready to use
7. Communicate completion status to internal team
Requirements
- Experience using GoHighLevel (MUST)
- Understanding of:
- Workflows & triggers
- Pipelines
- Calendars
- Twilio / phone setup

- Ability to follow SOPs and complete tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail (no missed steps)
- Reliable and responsive
Bonus (not required but ideal)
- Experience onboarding clients in GHL
- Zapier / automation knowledge
- CRM experience
