Key Responsibilities:

Daily / Weekly Monthly / Project?Based
• Manage GoHighLevel (GHL) sub?accounts:
create funnels, tweak automations, update
contact lists.
• Build and maintain WordPress & landing
pages (basic Elementor/Divi).
• Respond to client tickets & chat within 1 hr
during shift.
• Compile KPI dashboards: MRR, churn,
lead?to appointment rates.
• Schedule social posts in Meta Business Suite &
LinkedIn.
• Assist with podcast/blog production: light
editing, upload, show notes.
• QA check: forms, links, automations before
campaigns go live.
• Research & document SOP
improvements in ClickUp.

Must Have Qualifications
- 2+ years as a VA, project coordinator, or marketing assistant with the same employer
or client.
- Fluent written & spoken English—you’ll chat directly with clients.
- Hands?on experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot,
etc.).
- Working knowledge of WordPress and basic page builders.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and ClickUp/Trello/Asana.
- Reliable home office: stable 50 Mbps internet, backup power/data.
- Self?starter mindset: “I’m on it / I’m done” status updates, not excuses.

Nice to Have Skills
- Canva or Adobe Express for quick graphics.
- Basic video editing (CapCut, Descript).
- Copywriting or AI?prompting chops (ChatGPT, Jasper).
- Familiarity with Twilio, Zapier, or ---------- integrations.

What Success Looks Like (90 Day Scorecard)

1. GHL Rockstar: Deploy a full Local Legend™ snapshot for a new client with zero errors.
2. Zero-Inbox Hero: All client messages acknowledged within 60 minutes during shift.
3. Process Builder: Document at least 3 new SOPs that cut task time by 20 %.
