GoHighLevel & Make.com Automation Builder

We're NO LMTS AI, a fast-growing US-based automation agency. We build custom CRM and automation systems for service and e-commerce businesses across the US. Looking for a dedicated GHL builder to join our team long-term.
What you'll do:

Build full GHL sub-accounts from our proven snapshot (workflows, pipelines, custom fields, calendars, tags)
Customize automations per client: missed call text-back, lead follow-up, booking confirmation, review requests, invoice tracking
Build ---------- scenarios with webhooks, API connections, and scheduled triggers
Set up and test AI voice agents (we'll train you on our platform — no prior experience needed)
Take a client from snapshot to fully live in 1-2 days

Must have:

Expert GoHighLevel experience — you've built full sub-accounts from scratch, not just edited templates
---------- or Zapier experience with API integrations
Strong written and spoken English
Reliable internet connection
Available during US business hours (Central Time, GMT-5)
Detail-oriented, self-directed, and responsive on chat
Comfortable on Loom for async communication

Nice to have:

Retell AI, VAPI, or any voice AI platform experience
Stripe payment automation experience
Shopify integration experience
Experience working with home service businesses

This is a long-term full-time role, not a one-off project. We have 50+ warm leads ready to close and are scaling aggressively. The right person grows into a senior role with base salary increases and commission on every client they build.
