Position Title:
GoHighLevel Implementation & Automation Specialist

Location:
Remote (Philippines)

Employment Type:
Part-Time Contractor (10–20 Hours Per Week)

Compensation:
$8–12 USD Per Hour (Based on Experience)

ABOUT PROCTORAI

ProctorAI is an AI and business automation company specializing in CRM implementation, workflow automation, lead management, and business systems. We help businesses streamline operations, improve client communication, and leverage automation to increase efficiency and growth.

We are seeking a detail-oriented GoHighLevel Implementation & Automation Specialist to assist with CRM setup, workflow automation, client onboarding, quality assurance, and process documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and customize GoHighLevel accounts
• Build and manage CRM pipelines
• Create workflows and automations
• Configure calendars and appointment booking systems
• Build forms, surveys, and landing pages
• Assist with Zapier integrations and third-party connections
• Perform quality assurance testing
• Create implementation documentation and SOPs
• Assist with client onboarding and support
• Collaborate on development of industry-specific templates

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience using GoHighLevel
• Experience creating workflows and automations
• Experience configuring pipelines and opportunities
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Zapier integrations
• CRM administration experience
• Real estate CRM experience
• Marketing automation
• AI tools including ChatGPT and Claude
• Client training or onboarding experience

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Within your first 90 days, you will help:

• Build and refine ProctorAI implementation templates
• Support new client implementations
• Improve documentation and standard operating procedures
• Contribute to a repeatable delivery system that can scale across multiple industries
