JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
We're a digital marketing agency that builds complete growth systems for home-service and HVAC contractors — websites, funnels, CRM automations, and reusable snapshots, all inside GoHighLevel. We give clear, detailed instructions and specs for every project. What we need are people who already understand GHL deeply and can execute fast and clean without us having to teach the platform.
We're building out a small team of 2–3 GHL engineers / web designers, so this is a long-term role with room to grow as we scale.
What You'll Do

Build and customize websites and funnels in GHL (sales pages, landing pages, booking/lead-capture pages)
Design and build automations and workflows — triggers, pipelines, follow-up sequences, missed-call text-back, appointment reminders, nurture campaigns
Create, configure, and maintain snapshots so we can deploy proven systems to new clients quickly
Set up calendars, forms, surveys, custom values/fields, tags, and pipelines
Configure email/SMS sending, A2P 10DLC registration, and basic deliverability setup
Connect integrations and webhooks (Zapier/Make, third-party tools, APIs)
Test everything end-to-end and fix issues before handoff

Must-Have Requirements

Years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience — you know the platform inside and out, not just the basics
Proven track record building GHL websites/funnels, automations, AND snapshots (please show examples)
Strong eye for clean, conversion-focused web design
Able to follow detailed written instructions precisely and work independently
Reliable internet, dependable schedule, and clear written English
Comfortable troubleshooting and figuring things out when a spec isn't 100% spelled out

Nice to Have

Experience in the home-service / contractor / HVAC niche
Basic HTML/CSS for custom tweaks inside GHL
Experience with paid ads tracking, GA4, or call tracking
Light AI/automation tooling experience (chatbots, AI receptionists)

How to Apply (read carefully)
To show me you actually read this and didn't auto-apply:

Start your application with the word "SNAPSHOT" as the first line.
Link to 2–3 GHL builds you personally created — funnels, automation workflows, or a snapshot you can demo.
In 2–3 sentences, describe the most complex GHL automation you've built and what it did.
Tell me how many years you've worked in GHL specifically.

Applications that skip these steps won't be reviewed.

A couple of things worth d ---------- before you post:

Pay rate is the biggest filter on OnlineJobs.ph. Strong GHL specialists there typically know their value, so a realistic range will get you the experienced people you actually want rather than beginners.
The "SNAPSHOT" keyword trick works well, but rotate the word for each new posting so applicants can't copy it from old listings.

Want me to spin up a shorter version for the OnlineJobs.ph headline/summary field, or a skills test (a small paid sample task) you can send shortlisted candidates to verify they're as good as they claim???????You said: 3 part-time positions are open, but part-time is what we should put.3 part-time positions are open, but part-time is what we should put. Hourly rate, ideally, $3 to $6 is the range. Let's start at $5. We like to work in the afternoons from around noon Mountain Time until about 10 p.m. Mountain Time. Also, when it comes to A2P 10 DLC registration, we need to integrate Termly and onboard Termly HTML into each website. We have a way to automate this, but the capability to build out a Termly Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy is important. Give me a good copy-paste version. I'm making the job description now.9:29 PM????Claude responded: Here's the updated copy-paste version with your details baked in.Consolidated job posting details for formatting and presentationConsolidated job posting details for formatting and presentationHere's the updated copy-paste version with your details baked in.
