JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to build, manage, and optimize our GHL platform across recruiting, onboarding, training, and client communication systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating efficient automations, streamlining processes, and building scalable systems that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Systems
Build and manage recruitment pipelines within GoHighLevel
Create automated SMS and email outreach campaigns for candidates
Design applicant intake and pre-screening forms
Set up interview scheduling and calendar booking workflows
Employee Onboarding
Build automated onboarding processes triggered upon hiring
Create onboarding pipelines with clear progression stages
Develop forms for collecting employee information, agreements, and documentation
Set up 30/60/90-day onboarding email and SMS sequences
Workflow Automations
Design and implement complex multi-step automations
Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools using Zapier, Make, webhooks, and APIs
Build automation logic using triggers, tags, and custom fields
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows for reliability and performance
Training & Membership Systems
Create and manage training portals or membership areas within GHL
Develop automated training drip campaigns
Track employee progress through training pipelines and milestones
Calendars, Forms & Pipelines
Build and maintain calendars for interviews, appointments, and meetings
Create custom forms, surveys, applications, and lead capture systems
Set up recruiting, sales, and project management pipelines
Ensure accurate real-time pipeline visibility for the team
