Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to design, build, and manage advanced automations, workflows, and integrations across our multi-brand financial services and education ecosystem. This role requires deep technical expertise in GHL, strong systems thinking, and the ability to connect platforms, data, and AI tools to drive efficiency, lead conversion, and scale.

The ideal candidate understands both marketing automation and backend logic, can build clean, reliable workflows, and is comfortable working with APIs and AI-powered integrations.

Key Responsibilities
GoHighLevel Automation & Workflow Development
Build, manage, and optimize advanced GHL workflows and automations
Create and maintain pipelines, triggers, conditional logic, and smart lists
Design automation flows for lead capture, nurturing, onboarding, follow-ups, and client management
Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for performance and reliability
Integrations & API Management
Connect GHL with third-party tools using Make (Integromat), Zapier, and native integrations
Build and manage API-based integrations between GHL and external platforms
Handle webhook logic, data mapping, and error handling
Ensure clean data flow across CRM, forms, funnels, and external systems
AI & Advanced Systems
Implement AI-powered integrations such as VAPI, Assistable.ai, and other AI tools
Configure AI-driven chat, voice, or assistant workflows inside or connected to GHL
Leverage AI to improve lead qualification, client communication, and operational efficiency
Funnels, Forms & Optimization
Support funnel and form logic within GHL to ensure smooth automation handoffs
Collaborate with marketing, social media, and design teams to align automation with campaigns
Optimize conversion paths and automation timing
Documentation & Systems Management
Document workflows, integrations, and SOPs clearly
Maintain organized automation maps and logic documentation
Recommend system improvements and scalable solutions

Requirements
Proven experience as a GoHighLevel (GHL) expert (portfolio or examples required)
Strong experience building GHL automations and workflows
Experience with Make (Integromat) and Zapier
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple workflows and projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Strongly Preferred Qualifications
Advanced API experience (REST APIs, JSON, authentication methods)
Experience with AI integrations such as VAPI, Assistable.ai, or similar tools
Experience integrating CRMs with SMS, email, voice, and AI platforms
Background in marketing automation, lead generation, or SaaS environments
Experience working with financial services, tax, or education businesses

Compensation & Schedule
Part-time to full-time availability
Required working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern Time
Compensation based on experience and demonstrated technical skill
