BusinessGrants Inc is a fast-growing, U.S.-based company that helps nonprofits and mission-driven businesses secure grants, sponsorships, and non-dilutive funding. We operate at a high level of strategy, automation, and execution—and GoHighLevel is the backbone of our systems.

We are building scalable funnels, automation, client portals, and onboarding systems and are looking for a GoHighLevel expert who can execute cleanly, think strategically, and take ownership of workflows from start to finish.

This is not a beginner role.


Role Overview

We are seeking a GoHighLevel (GHL) Design & Workflow Automation Expert to build, manage, and optimize our funnels, workflows, pipelines, and client experience inside GoHighLevel.

You will work directly with leadership and be responsible for turning strategy into fully functioning systems.


Key Responsibilities

GoHighLevel Build & Automation
   •   Build and optimize GHL workflows, triggers, and automations
   •   Design and manage pipelines, opportunities, tags, and custom fields
   •   Create onboarding, nurture, reminder, and follow-up sequences (email + SMS)
   •   Implement conditional logic, webhooks, and advanced automation flows
   •   Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize for performance

Funnels & Pages
   •   Build and customize funnels, landing pages, and forms
   •   Connect forms to workflows, pipelines, calendars, and tagging logic
   •   Optimize UX/UI for conversions (clean, professional design)
   •   Ensure mobile responsiveness and proper tracking

CRM & Client Experience
   •   Set up client onboarding systems
   •   Build internal dashboards and tracking systems
   •   Create structured client journeys inside GHL
   •   Manage permissions, snapshots, and sub-accounts

Integrations
   •   Integrate GHL with tools such as:
      •   Stripe
      •   Calendly (if needed)
      •   Zapier / Webhooks
      •  ??Email/SMS providers
   •   Ensure clean data flow between systems


Required Skills & Experience

You must have:
   •   Proven, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
   •   Strong understanding of GHL workflows and automations
   •   Experience building funnels, forms, and pipelines
   •   Ability to follow SOPs AND improve systems proactively
   •   Strong attention to detail
   •   Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
   •   Clear communication in English

Strongly Preferred:
   •   Experience with agencies, coaches, or online education businesses
   •   Understanding of client onboarding systems
   •   Experience building systems for high-ticket offers
   •   Familiarity with Stripe payment workflows
   •   Experience creating reusable GHL snapshots
