GoHighLevel Automation & Operations Assistant (Remote)

About the Role

I’m a Canadian Naturopathic Doctor who runs an online thyroid program and educational workshops. My team is growing, and I’m looking for someone who is comfortable working inside GoHighLevel (GHL) to help manage automations, funnels, and email workflows.

This role focuses primarily on maintaining and updating existing systems in GoHighLevel. We run 1 to 2 webinars, challenges, or workshops each month, and a key part of this role is updating the funnels and automations for those events. This includes adjusting dates, updating emails, checking tags, and ensuring the automation runs correctly.

In addition to maintaining existing systems, you may also help build or improve funnels and landing pages when new workshops, programs, or marketing initiatives are launched.

Hours will vary depending on the month. Some months may have more work during workshops, while others may be lighter. You will be paid hourly for the time worked.

I’m hoping to hire someone who can start immediately or within the next 1–2 weeks.

Core Responsibilities

GoHighLevel System Management
• Update dates for workshops and challenges
• Duplicate and update funnels for new events
• Maintain tagging structure (for example, tracking the month and year of registrations)
• Check automations to ensure emails and workflows run properly

Replay Management
• Download Zoom recordings after workshops
• Upload recordings to YouTube (unlisted)
• Embed replay videos on landing pages in GoHighLevel
• Post the replay in the private Facebook group
• Update replay email links


Email & Automation Support
• Upload written emails into GoHighLevel
• Insert correct links and videos
• Test emails and automations before sending

General Funnel Maintenance
• Update landing page text or links when needed
• Check that all pages and forms are working properly
• Flag any technical issues quickly

Skills Required
• Hands-on experience working inside GoHighLevel
• Ability to build or modify landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel, including marketing pages and program funnels
• Experience managing funnels and automations
• Experience supporting webinar, workshop, or challenge funnels
• Familiarity with GHL workflows, triggers, and tagging systems
• Comfortable updating email sequences, landing pages, and tagging structures
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Strong written English

• Experience integrating payments or contracts into funnels
• Familiarity with webinar or challenge launches in online education businesses
• Ability to troubleshoot automations or workflow errors

• Experience building membership areas or programs in GoHighLevel that include login access and payment integration

Position Details
• This is a long-term role with a growing company
• Work is hourly and task-based with no monthly retainer
• There will be recurring work each month updating webinar, challenge, or workshop funnels (typically 1–2 events per month)
• Additional hours may be available when new funnels, landing pages, or marketing projects are created
• Looking for someone who is comfortable with variable hours depending on projects

Work Structure
• Remote
• Hourly pay (hours tracked with Clockify or similar)
• Flexible schedule for most tasks
• On workshop days, the replay must be uploaded and posted between approximately 1 pm ET and no later than 6:30 pm ET, so the replay email can go out at 7 pm ET
