JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) expert to help build and manage a full funnel system. This includes:

Building a clean, conversion-focused funnel (lead magnet, service offer, or both)

Creating and managing automated text/SMS workflows

Handling tagging, triggers, pipeline stages, and follow-up automation

Keeping the system organized and running smoothly over time

This is not a one-time setup. I need someone who knows GHL thoroughly and can manage the platform on an ongoing basis with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

Funnel page design (opt-in, thank you, booking, etc.)

Workflow setup for leads and clients (text and email)

Contact tagging and automation logic

Managing texting campaigns, including keyword triggers (e.g., LEAK, FUND)

CRM and pipeline maintenance

Requirements:

Proven experience with GoHighLevel (please provide examples or a portfolio)

Ability to build responsive, mobile-friendly funnels

Strong skills in workflow automation (SMS and email)

Attention to detail and clear communication

Ability to meet deadlines and proactively manage updates

Bonus Skills (not required but helpful):

Experience with Zapier or AI integrations

Familiarity with service-based business funnels

Ability to write or improve high-converting copy

Availability and Budget:

Start: Immediately

Type: Part-time or project-based to start, potential for ongoing work

Budget: Flexible, open to hourly or flat-rate depending on scope
