20 hours per week to start

$5–$8/hour depending on experience

**Work Schedule:**
Monday–Friday, with some overlap during Pacific Time preferred

**About Us:**
We are a growing U.S.-based financial services agency building a recruiting funnel to attract ambitious, coachable people who are interested in building a business in financial services.

We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant who can help build, manage, and troubleshoot our recruiting funnel and ad setup.

**About the Role:**
This role is focused on helping us set up and manage the technical side of our recruiting marketing system. You will help with GoHighLevel funnels, landing pages, forms, automations, Meta Business Suite, Facebook/Instagram ad setup, lead tracking, and related systems.

We need someone who is comfortable with marketing tools, organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions while also solving basic setup problems.

**Main Responsibilities:**

* Build and edit funnel pages in GoHighLevel
* Create and connect forms in GoHighLevel
* Set up landing page buttons, thank-you pages, and booking links
* Help create automated email and SMS follow-up workflows
* Add tags, pipeline stages, and lead tracking inside GoHighLevel
* Help connect Calendly or GoHighLevel calendar booking links
* Assist with Meta Business Suite setup
* Help set up Facebook Page and Instagram business account connections
* Help create or organize Meta ad campaign drafts
* Upload ad creatives, copy, headlines, and links into Meta Ads Manager
* Help install or troubleshoot Meta Pixel / tracking if needed
* Help connect ads to the GoHighLevel funnel page
* Test the full funnel from ad click to form submission to follow-up
* Monitor leads and make sure they are entering the CRM correctly
* Help create simple graphics or ad creatives in Canva
* Document steps and create simple checklists/SOPs as systems are built

**Required Experience:**

* Experience using GoHighLevel
* Experience building funnels or landing pages
* Experience setting up forms and automations
* Experience with Meta Business Suite or Facebook Ads Manager
* Experience with Canva
* Experience with Google Sheets
* Strong written English
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable internet connection
* Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly

**Preferred Experience:**

* Experience setting up Meta Pixel or tracking
* Experience with Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns
* Experience with Google Ads
* Experience with recruiting funnels, appointment-setting funnels, or lead generation funnels
* Experience with Calendly or GoHighLevel calendars
* Experience working with U.S.-based businesses
* Experience creating SOPs or process documentation

This role does not require you to sell financial products or give financial advice. Your role is to help set up and manage the marketing funnel, ads setup, lead flow, tracking, and related systems.
