JOB OVERVIEW

Made Easy CRM is seeking a full-time Account Manager who is a highly skilled technical specialist with expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) and has extensive experience in creating multi-step complex automations with webhooks & API integrations from third party platforms. Our choice to hire must also have a high level of communication in English to speak directly with customers both on video chat as well as text communications, supporting the company in onboarding clients, and retaining them.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Account Manager we hire will be working on U.S. time zones, full-time 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, helping to onboard on troubleshoot clients of the Made Easy CRM. And, on a regular basis will be communicating directly with external development teams. Internally you’ll communicate every day with in Slack and discuss current clients onboarding progress as well as technical support tickets. You’ll be using ---------- to track onboarding and provide updates daily to your supervisor, your team, and to clients. The Account Manager will also have incredible advancement opportunities; because, we are looking to build a team of account managers. If you have the aptitude and desire to hold a leadership role, you’ll have the opportunity here.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. The right candidate for the Account Manager will also provide daily updates of client accounts at the end of their work day.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leverage existing as well as develop, test, refine, and implement new workflows, automations and integrations within GoHighLevel for clients who use our white-labled and customized Made Easy CRM
Communicate directly with the clients with clarity and a high level of customer engagement while troubleshooting issues that may arise during onboarding.

Stay abreast of the latest technologies and apply them to improve our systems and processes.
Prompt engineering / script writing for our conversational ai technology built on the SimpleTalk ai platform.
Communicate directly with the development team at SimpleTalk on behalf of Made Easy CRM and clients of Made Easy CRM


REQUIREMENTS:
Proven mastery of the GoHighLevel platform
Strong problem-solving skills & ability to make good decisions under pressure.
Ability to learn new technologies rapidly and apply them to business needs.
Experience in ground up API development is highly desirable but not required.
Experience using ---------- is highly desirable but not required.

This is a full-time, long-term position with career growth opportunities. The position will start out with a trial period of part time that will graduate to full-time, within the first 90 days before benefits begin. There will be a minimum of 2 interviews.
